By creating an account or using any part of the My Social Jumpstart platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. Simple as that.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at ty@mysocialjumpstart.co.za if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided on My Social Jumpstart — including videos, worksheets, graphics, and text — is the property of My Social Jumpstart and protected by copyright laws.

Licence: We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own educational use.

Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or record our content to share with third parties.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees for courses are displayed at the point of purchase. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. Please review our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is defamatory, infringing, or malicious. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

My Social Jumpstart utilises third-party platforms (such as Facebook) for community interaction. We are not responsible for the data practices, downtime, or content moderation policies of these third parties. Access to our Facebook Group is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked if community guidelines are violated, regardless of course enrolment status.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Social Jumpstart provides educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., specific social media follower counts or income) as outcomes depend on individual effort and external platform algorithms.
